Free Electricity for Households
PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana is a flagship central scheme aimed at providing free electricity to households in India. Under the scheme, households can get a subsidy of up to ₹78,000 for installing solar panels on their roofs, enabling them to generate their own power and significantly reduce or eliminate electricity bills.
Every household under this scheme can save significantly on monthly utility bills.
Get a direct subsidy of ₹30,000 per kW for the first 2kW and ₹18,000 for the 3rd kW.
